Brent Foley, PE

As a Flathead Valley native, Brent moved back to his home town after obtaining his bachelors degree from Montana State University. His experience in construction and civil engineering spans more than 20 years and includes a variety of projects. He is familiar with all phases of project development, from preliminary planning & conceptual design to final design, water, wastewater & storm water design, construction management, & contract administration. He works closely with clients to understand their project goals and budgets to formulate a comprehensive plan to meet client needs.
Brock Sandry, PE

Brock's roots run deep in the Flathead Valley. He began his experience at an early age as a laborer in the construction field. He ventured to Bozeman to completed his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering degree at MSU and moved back to the Flathead to put his skills to work. He specializes in design of municipal water, sewer, storm and roads for the conceptual stage to final design.
Truman Pisk

Truman was born and raised in Kalispell and a third generation Flathead Valley Native. He attended MT Tech in Butte and graduated with a bachelors degree in Construction Management. He has 9+ years of experience working with many local civil contractors who install underground pipe for water, sewer and stormwater utilities. He specializes in drafting and construction management oversite of roadways, stormwater facilities and environmental engineering practices.
Miles McElhinney, PE
Senior Civil Engineer

Miles obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Washington State University. His 17+ year career in engineering has included project management and engineering of piping projects, large scale road construction, multi-plate structures, auxiliary spillways for dams, and tailings dam construction. With a wide variety of projects, Miles has overseen the design and construction of projects up to $56M. His project management experience has included design, design review, creating scopes of work, creating and maintaining schedules, forecasting, and oversight of the construction process during construction.
Riley Gardner
Construction Engineer
Riley graduated from Montana State University and received a BS in Construction Engineering Technology degree, as well as CAS in Welding. She has 6+ years of experience in commercial building construction as a project engineer and field manager throughout the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
